Arcandina
is a traditional -and at the same time fantastic- boat that sails around the
world protecting the environment and teaching children to love and care for
nature.
In each episode, the Arcandina crew consists of muppets who represent endangered
Latin American species. These protagonists confront the plans of villains who
are trying to destroy nature.
Every program combines humor and adventure with information, thereby stirring
the imaginations of children and creating awareness regarding the need to care
for the environment. The programs also encourage children to participate in
and adopt conservation practices in their homes, schools and communities.
